OpenAI Hit by GPU Meltdown!

OpenAI has temporarily imposed limits on its AI image generation capabilities following an overwhelming surge in demand caused by a viral trend for Studio Ghibli-style artwork.
The trend gained traction after OpenAI CEO Sam Altman shared a Ghibli-style portrait of himself on March 25, leading to a dramatic increase in image requests that strained the company's GPU resources.
As a result, free-tier users are now restricted to generating three images per day, a significant change from the previously unlimited access.

Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, has made a bold prediction about the future of artificial intelligence (AI), stating that within the next decade, humans may no longer be required for most tasks.
Speaking on NBC's "The Tonight Show" and in interviews with Harvard professor Arthur Brooks, Gates emphasized that AI advancements will make expert-level knowledge, such as medical advice and tutoring, widely accessible and free.
He referred to this transformation as the era of "free intelligence," where AI-powered technologies will revolutionize healthcare, education, and other industries.
Authors Sue, Meta Claims ‘Fair Use’!

Meta Platforms is facing a high-profile copyright lawsuit brought by authors, including Ta-Nehisi Coates and Sarah Silverman, who allege that the company used pirated versions of their books to train its AI model, Llama, without permission.
Meta has responded by asserting that its actions fall under the legal principle of "fair use," which permits limited use of copyrighted material without explicit authorization under certain circumstances.
