Amazon Leaks: M4 Pro Mac Mini

Amazon accidentally leaked details of the upcoming Mac Mini, revealing it will feature the new M4 and M4 Pro chips.

The new Mac Mini will have up to a 14-core CPU, 20-core GPU, 64GB of RAM, and 8TB of storage. It will also include two front-facing USB-C ports, likely with Thunderbolt 4 support, and a headphone jack.

The new model is significantly smaller, approaching the size of an Apple TV, and will be available only in silver. The official announcement from Apple is expected later this week.

Google has expanded its "Help me write" feature to Gmail on the web, allowing users to draft and refine emails using Gemini AI.

This feature, previously available on mobile, is now accessible to Google One AI Premium subscribers and those with the Gemini add-on for Workspace.

Users can generate email drafts, and the AI provides suggestions to formalize, elaborate, or shorten messages.

Additionally, a new "polish" shortcut has been introduced for quick refinement of drafts, enhancing the overall email composition experience.

Meta’s AI Chatbot Gets its Own Search

Meta is developing its own search engine to power its AI chatbot, Meta AI, reducing its reliance on Google and Microsoft Bing.

This move aims to provide real-time information and conversational answers about current events. Meta's new search engine will use web crawlers to gather data, enhancing its AI language models and ensuring consistent access to search functionality.

This development is part of Meta's broader strategy to expand its data sources and improve its AI tools.
